MTN Nigeria Apple Music subscription not recognized by Apple Music

My Apple Music subscription is active with MTN Nigeria (carrier billing). MTN shows it as active and I’ve clicked the activation link, but Apple Music still says I don’t have a subscription. Please help link it to my Apple ID.”

You will need to contact MTN to link your Apple Account with Apple Music, since they are billing you for the service. Others have had the same issue and have resolved it by contacting MTN.
