Content restrictions resetting to explicit

Hello. I have been setting my screen time content restriction settings to play clean music. It seems like I will go a day or two and all of a sudden, it’s playing explicit content again, in front of my kid. When I go to check the settings again, it is set to explicit again and I know that I did not change it. So, I set it to clean again. A couple of days later, same thing. Why/how is it resetting? How can I get it to stay set at clean content?
