iPhone 14 Pro Max unable to make calls or connect to mobile data after iOS 26 update installation

I recently updated my iOS to iOS 26 on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Now I am unable to make calls or connect to mobile data after installing this update. I can receive calls or text messages but every time I try to make a call it says call failed. My mobile data network is not working.

I have tried all the solutions shown and even went to my service provider for assistance.

My Sim card is working well in other phones with full functionality; how can I fix this problem on my main phone? Anyone with a solution please assist.

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
