Unwanted business connect ID and accessibility settings on personal iPhone

No idea why i have business connect ID, why my accessibility settings change by themselves, or why i have several managed wifi networks listed underneath our home wifi which are unchangeable. I do not have a business.

Please advise.

VPN (iPad Pro) I see that there is a VPN listed under general>settings>VPN & Device Management though I cannot see an actual app. (I’m not sure if this is part of iOS system software). This is my personal iPad and I work online. When I click on it, it states it is not connected. Is it possible to remove this? The reason I’m asking if I keep getting threatened by the company I work for that they will deactivate my account if I use a VPN or work outside my area (which I have not) and I need to ensure there is no possibility about a VPN, even if it isn’t set up.

iPad Wi-Fi connection issue with MalwareBytes VPN UPDATE TO A CLOSED QUESTION ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM: The solution in my case was different from any answers that I found so I'm sharing it here: The Settings in my iPad said I was connected, but none of my apps could connect. I tried every suggestion provided in the answers I found online, including here, but none of them worked. I finally noticed that MalwareBytes was continuously connecting and disconnecting, so on a hunch I turned off my Malwaebytes VPN. Voila! Everything works again, and I can go back to reading my newspapers on my iPad and stop using up my iPhone's battery by reading them on that much smaller screen. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
