[BUG] iOS26 - iPhone15 - When color filter is enabled, the corresponding shortcut in control center is not

Hello,

I identified a bug in iOS26 on iPhone 15 (i don’t know if it occurs on other devices though): when I enable the color filter (settings > accessibility > display and text size > color filters), the color changes BUT the corresponding shortcut in the control center does not. This means it stays inactive although the color filter is enabled and I have to click 3 times on it if I ever want to disable it.

I usually uses an automatization in the Shortcut app to enable the color filters at a certain time of the day, and sometimes disable it manually using the control center’s shortcut. That’s how I identified the problem.

I don’t know where to go for telling Apple there is a bug in their software so I’m putting this here, hoping it reaches their ears :-)
