Voice call forwarding when unreachable

iPhone SE - call *#62*

comes back with Forwards to +a number and Enabled

i go to Settings/Phone/call Forwarding and it shows Call Forwarding disabled

iPad Pro, iPadOS 18

Phone call and text forwarding issue on iPhone I am concerned that my phone is forwarding texts and phone calls. When I dial *#21#, it says “setting interrogation failed, voice call forwarding on all calls”; “setting interrogation failed, data call forwarding on all calls”; setting g interrogation failed, fax call forwarding on all calls”. when I dial the code ##21# that is supposed to stop it, it says “ setting erasure failed voice call forwarding on all calls” can someone help to make sure my phone calls and text messages are not being forwarded [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Iphone 11 keeps forwarding call despite call forwarding is off Phone keeps forwarding calls despite call forwarding option is back to off and there is no number anymore. I have restarted the phone, even rest to factory settings but the problem persists. There is no call forwarding sign on the phone. What else can I do? Thks

In 99% of cases all call forwarding and diversion should be performed between you and the provider, using the dialler, not on the phone settings

using the dial method should be sufficient to change it eg

*62*[phone number]#
