Does iPhone air take RAW photos?

When I use Apple’s comparison tool, it shows ProRAW as a feature of the 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max, but not as a feature of the iPhone Air.

Apple markets the iPhone Air with the line "The thinnest iPhone ever. With the power of pro inside." That seems to be a reference to the processor – not to other features.

E.g.,

• The iPhone Air has a single rear camera that supports 1x and 2x optical zoom stops. It does not support Macro Photography, Spatial photos, or ProRAW.
• The iPhone 17 has two rear cameras that support 0.5x, 1x, and 2x optical zoom stops. While it supports Macro photography and Spatial photos, it does not support ProRAW.
• The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max have three rear cameras that support 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 4x, and 8x optical zoom stops. These phones support Macro photography, Spatial photos, and ProRAW.

Pro models can (not the iPhone Air). This is a feature that is listed for Pro models and is available to see when you look at the specs for the devices
