Switched carriers, now can't receive calls or verification SMS texts.
Hey there, I got a new iPhone 17 Pro Max and switched from Verizon to AT&T. Now I can't receive calls from Verizon users. It will immediately go to voicemail for them and say that my number is inactive or no longer in use.. but on the other hand, AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket etc. can all call me just fine. I'm also not receiving verification SMS texts to get into accounts and what not. I'm not really sure who to call regarding this issue, Verizon or AT&T?
If someone knows how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated!
