If Apple did not find a hardware issue, then most likely your issue is caused by some third party apps that you have installed. Run the third party app EtreCheck and post the complete report here so we can examine it for possible clues.

The most common culprits are anti-virus software, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software.....none of which are needed on a Mac, so if you have them installed, then uninstall them by following their developer's instructions.
