How I can stop the continous restarting of my old Ipad 2?

I switch on, the white apple icon appear, then disappear after 1-2 seconds and re-appear again.

it’s loop.

When the logo disappear, the screen flash a little.

it started doing it one morning when I pushed the power button.

the day before I was trying to update the IOS to 9.3.5, but after 30 minutes of “checking and dowloading” (I’m not sure about the message, it was in italian).

As described, your iPad battery may have reached the end of its usable life. If the battery has failed or is failing, the iPad may unexpectedly turn-off - or may not successfully boot to a running state even when connected to its Power Adapter.

Are you able to use the iPad while remaining connected to your Power Adapter? If yes, while monitoring the indicated battery state, disconnect the Power Adapter; if the indicated battery state suddenly falls, or the iPad shuts-off, this test demonstrates the iPad battery having reached the end of its usable life:
