timer appearing in dynamic island and notifications after ios 26.0 update

I updated to iOS 26.0 yesterday. After the update, I randomly noticed a 19 second paused timer in my dynamic island. I have not set a timer recently or used the alarm or clock app.I swiped down to see my notifications and all my timers are paused and grouped in my notifications. when I clear the notification it goes away then shows up again some time later. When I restart my phone, it’s immediately in my Dynamic Island and notifications. I restarted my phone several times.
