Activity rings pause bug on iOS 26.0 and watchOS 26.0

I paused my Activity Rings for a week, but during that week I decided to extend the pause by one more day. Now I’ve discovered that on the day I made the change the pause didn’t work, and I’m at risk of losing all my achievements.

So if the rings are unpausing the day you change the amount of pause days, I think that the watch may have thought of the pause change as you wanted to unpause that day and continue the pause after a while. Either way, it is still a bug. Have you tried force restarting?

Some things that may work could be:

Force restart both iPhone and Watch

Turn off Activity Tracking temporarily and turn it back on

If that doesn't work delete and re-install Activity/Fitness on your devices and re-install.

Hopefully that does the trick for you. :)
