I restarted both. I turned Bluetooth, airplane mode on and off. I unpaired and now my phone says unpaired but my watch still thinks it’s paired. I have tried to reset watch and it won’t.

Did you already try to erase the watch without the iPhone and then pair it again?

Try to force restart both devices and see if you can pair your watch after that.

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Did the watch ask for the Apple Account password after erasing and starting the paring process?
Did you make sure that it has been removed from the list of your devices on your iPhone/Settings/Your Name/Apple Account?

Yes, I tried that.
I had not removed from phone. I just did it. The watch still has the original face I chose. It won’t reset.
This did not work. I really appreciate you helping me. It’s very frustrating.
