Setting Watch Face via Automation does not work on iOS 26 and watchOS 26

Both iPhone 16 and Watch Ultra 3 are connected to the same Apple ID and the same WiFi. I tried to configure an automation to set a different Watch Face when switching the Work mode on and off. However, it does not work, the watch face does not change, and even if I run the automation manually, the watch face remains the same.
