How do I change the color of the Date and Widgets on Lock screen

Ok I changed the color previously as they are bright pink. But can’t remember how to change them back…..

I am running ios26. I know how to change the time color and checking on the customize button….does not work for the widgets and date. Added photo to show what I’m trying to change.
