How can I remove/delete the Tahoe installer.. Happy with Sequoia, I'm not updating to macOS26 and would like my 7 GB back.. The Installers just sat there..

There used to be a simple Terminal (Unix) command to tell the OS to stop showing updates you don't care about. But, it no longer works.
I suppose one could sell their Mac and purchase a Mac that doesn't support Tahoe. 🤔

So even with these settings, nothing for Tahoe will be downloaded unless I hit the Upgrade Now button, correct?
If all those switches are turned on, it may at some point download the update and will try to instal it.
If you do not want this, turn them off.
But then how do I readily keep Sequoia updated?
System Settings will still let you know updates are available. It just won't download or install them until you say so. I only keep the last option on.
