Disappointed by buying an iPhone

To Apple Inc.,

Thank you if you are reading this document.

My name is Sujata Roy from West Bengal, India. I had bought an iPhone 15 on 7th July 2024, and it was working well, and I was very pleased having it until 20th September 2025. The phone on plugged for charge and it was charging and when I last saw it was charged to 77%. When I went to unplug the phone from charging on my usual time, I saw that the phone was not turning on. It had completely black screen, it was neither dropped in water or floor. When I searched on internet about this, I came to know about a function called “Force Restart”. After trying the procedure several times, it didn’t turn on. It was completely dead. On the next day I tried to put it on the recovery mode, but it too had no impact on it.  The phone had taken iOS 26 update on the previous day i.e., 19th September 2025. I am very disappointed to know that iPhones have such low durability. It is a dream for me to buy an iPhone. It is like a luxury in our life. But investing so high amounts of money and getting a phone with such low durability is very disappointing. I also have a Samsung M53 5g and its 5 years old and still now it is functioning very well. I am very sorry, but I have to tell that the durability of your product is very low. Before buying the iPhone, I thought it is very durable and the build quality is very nice, so I haven’t done the extended warranty. But now as I am suffering due to the product so, I will suggest others to think twice before buying an iPhone.

Thank you for giving your precious time and reading this document.
