Maps, Google Maps, Waze
Since upgrading to iOS26 & iOS26.01, none of my gps maps are working correctly. They seem to have trouble pinpointing my location and do not keep up while I’m driving. I have tried all of the “location service” settings with no luck.

Update…I did a “Reset All Settings” on my iPhone. That seems to have worked.
Your gps may have failed, have it looked at by Apple.
I am having a similar issue and I also have an iPhone 13 pro. It is happening for any map software. It usually happens after 5-10 minutes of using my navigation. The gps will reset if I restart my iphone.
Same issue for me on 13 pro, I have been trying everything to work out what it was from other threads here. I thought it was carplay, but it still happens if disconnected. I thought it was Bluetooth, still happens if disconnected. Keeping the phone screen awake in Waze seemed to allow gps to keep updating on the last experiment I did. But I don't want to keep the screen awake for hours long drives. At this point I think Apple don't care as much about keeping older phones still working with the latest ios. Ironically this was why I switched back from Android when I had to use an 6 year old iPhone when my Galaxy phone died and was surprised it run the latest ios flawlessly.
Any news how to fix this? An update maybe soon? Anything? it sucks :/
I have an iPhone 13 mini. I'm having similar GPS issues in both Apple Maps and Google Maps.
I have the same problem on my 15 Pro after the update.
