I just got my new iphone 15 and it is so laggy and slow. Some apps wont open. Sometimes it wont check for updates. There is over half the storage space available and Ive updated and deleted and reloaded apps. It does this both on my wifi, my 5G wifi, and cellular data. My old iphone 8+ zips right along it isnt my network.

New iPhones are doing a lot of work in the background. This can slow down the device considerably. The background activities generally complete in 3 or 4 days. A forced restart can help too. Follow the directions in the Apple Support article I shared below.

Im having to restart it like 4-5 times a day because it wont even open any webpage. Again every task
is something my 8+ does super fast, this phone is utter garbage. Its not worth what I paid for it, and I hate using it its so useless and dragging.
and Ive had this phone for weeks now, it should well be done with any set up. I want my money back for this hunk of useless plastic.
