How to hide Training load

I have disabled the "Effort Reminder" on my watch and yet it still shows me the summary everyday. I do not want to be reminded everyday or at all. I've never seen this before until recently.

How can I stop my Apple Watch from calculating effort? I recently updated both my iOS on my phone and apple watch, and noticed that my workout summaries on my iPhone now include a section for "Effort." If I don't input the effort myself, it's calculating effort for me. How do I disable this? I don't want effort to appear on my workout summaries at all. This is why I got an Apple Watch over a Garmin in the first place. I don't need it yelling at me that I'm not trying hard enough, making calculations on who know what factors.
