How do I find the date and TIME on an iPhone Voice Memos recording?

On my Mac and on my iPhone, I can see the date a recording was made in Voice Memos, but not the TIME OF DAY! I'm using an up-to-date iPhone 14. I couldn't find the answer anywhere here, so I went to Gemini and found it easily. Is this right? And why do you think Apple leaves out this incredible functionality? On your Mac, simply go to ~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.VoiceMemos.shared/Recordings and find the file, based on the approximate date you think it was made. You can hit the space bar to sample. When you find what you're looking for, e.g, 20250912 080143-FA46EFE6.m4a, just decode it: 2025/09/12 at 8:01 AM.
