Apple Watch Ultra 3 not receiving calls with eSIM enabled

I have recently moved from AWU2 to AWU3 and since then I have following issues:

after adding eSIM to AWU3 I can't receive calls on mobile. but when I disable eSIM on my watch it works fine
despite I do have 5G on the phone, on the watch it is still LTE (Orange Poland)

Is it possible that Orange (Poland) did not made updates for new devices and that is the problem or I have no idea....any ideas?

Contacting the carrier is one of the basic troubleshooting steps. Not all carriers support 5G on the new Apple Watch models.

Are you using two different phone numbers on your iPhone?

Did you try to switch back to LTE on the iPhone and then see if you can receive calls on your watch, without being connected to Wi-Fi?

Did you contact your carrier about it? Any carrier settings update available?

The eSim on your Ultra 2 has been disabled?

It’s also not about LTE or 5G. It’s about not able to receive phone calls while other card is active on the watch

and yes, most of Europe does not support 5G standalone which’s is used by AWU3 (expected 2026-2028)

Let’s assume I have 30+ operations and dev and experience and I did all the basic troubleshooting possible
