Iphone 15 pro heating Issue

Previously, my iphone suddenly stopped working and was dead.., I was suggested a replacement of parts by the Apple Service center, likely it was under warranty.

Now after replacement the iPhone gets heated up during simple tasks like using maps for navigation, zoom calls.

Even after the replacement of genuine parts - Battery, Main board

The phone seems to heat up while using applications

The worst news is that my limited warranty gets over in 5 days, my BIGGEST fear is that this model is a SCAM. I've been robbed

you have not been scammed from what i've read. the iphone 15 pro has a titanium case housing and it traps heat like a brick.. that specific model on ios 26 especially will have to use more CPU and GPU power to run the liquid glass if you think that's a problem i would upgrade cause the new 17 pros use a aluminum housing and dissipate heat wayyy faster. hope this helps!

No, if you don't mind the phone heating up it will perform the same for its expected lifetime. if you don't like it heating up after or during normal use you could upgrade to the iphone 16 pro cause it doesn't have the heating problems.

to my knowledge they do not provide an upgrade free of charge, if you were to trade in the 15 pro for the 17 pro it would be like 200-300$USD. But the 15 pro is still a very good phone and is going to last you another 3-4 years till I would think about upgrading the unit. if you still have applecare. you can try and exchange it for another iphone 15 PRO but that's a very big IF.

My BIGGEST worry is what if something goes wrong after my limited warranty. Apple will not take any responsibility, I will have to take care of the expenses for no faulty of mine.
