iPhone 14 Pro Max freezing and unresponsive after iOS 26 update

I just wanted to transfer my files from my old iPhone 12 Pro to my new iPhone 14 Pro max

So I was asked to update to iOS 26

Then it just suddenly stopped responding. I had to restart the device and now it’s glitching and can’t let me in. I’m locked out in the hello screen.

and The volume down button stopped working after the unsuccessful update.

And it doesn’t stay plugged in with a computer. It just stops charging after being plugged

You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.
