As the title says, cellular connection is terribly unstable, it disconnects and reconnects every few seconds, draining the battery.
Turns out this only happens when I have dual cellular connections turned on. As soon as the secondary is turned off the primary one becomes stable.
Hope this helps others or maybe even Apple to fix it in the next release? Soon?

So I found the solution myself: I only use data on one eSIM - say eSIM1.
Switching data to eSIM2 (although no data provided there) and then back to eSIM1 fixed it. Seems something didn't propagate over properly when upgrading to 26.0.1...
