Although every setting is perfectly fine
Turned on camera adjustment
light press toggle swipe toggle everything ok
Neverthess Swipe function to adjust camera like zoom exposure etc is not working.
However camera button press respond properly but swipe gesture is not doing the work
plz help it’s a very new device

Do you have both Light Press and Swipe enabled? If so, please disable Light Press and restart app and see if swipe works. If I have both enabled I have to Light Press to get swipe to work.
Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Camera > Camera Control > Customize > Enable Swipe > Enable Zoom > if the are enabled, please momentarily disable and then enable again

I agree with Jeff Donald. I'd either return the phone or at a minimum have your phone tested at your Apple Store Genius Bar.
It sounds like you need to return your device for an exchange or a refund. Apple has a 14 day return policy other resellers may have a different policy. Please return the item to the point of purchase.
It takes some finesse. When you tap the Camera Capture button, you lightly double tap to swipe to the feature you want to adjust. Then when you land on the feature, like zoom, you lightly tap it once more to open the zoom bar, which you then slide your finger forward and back to adjust to the zoom level you want.
How are you opening the Camera Control, one click or two clicks?
Lightly tap is not responding. No light lap slide work. Only physically press is reponsive
