I've been on Tahoe for a few weeks now and I'm running 26.0.1. I generally look at my calendar a week at a time, Sunday → Saturday. I noticed at 1 point in Calendar today that when I clicked the right arrow to see the following week, it changed to show me Tuesday → Monday, and the next time it was Thursday → Wednesday. I let it sit for a while, and right now it's back to Sunday → Saturday. Has anyone else noticed this?

I confirmed with a friend that this is not only happening to me. I just now reported this as a bug to Apple. I hope you will do the same to make them not doubt and to speed up the resolution.

Same issue here. OS is latest. Calendar has been quirky in this ways since Tahoe install. This makes work very cumbersome as the calendar app is an essential part of my work flow.
Yes, I have experienced this same problem and in addition, opening a calendar event is buggy too. Often when I try to double-click on the calendar event it won't open.
