Old Files App Preview functionality

Before the new Glassy-Bubble iOS Update, I could use the Files-App to browse my NAS and preview Pictures, Text, Word files and even Excel sheets with ease. Word and Excel were read-only but that was perfectly fine. Even a regular txt-file you could easily open and view on the iPhone.

Since the new Update the Files-App seems to no longer be able to preview anything from above, and instead a new App "Preview" was introduced.

This new App is a pita and non of the above mentioned previews work...

Is there anyway to get back to the old preview behavior that the Files-App delivered?

Got this sorted out:

I removed the "preview" app, did a few restarts and the files-app started opening word, excel and jpegs, movies again. Only remaining issues was PDFs that were always opened in my banking software (what ever) but then I copied a PDF localy to the phone and then was able to long-hold the PDF in the Files-App to set "open with" in the context menu and choose "overview".

now its all back to normal
