On find my iPhone, I’m able to see my husband‘s current location but when I try to press on the actual direction, it says fine is unavailable. What does that mean?

It means the device may be moving or have been turned off or it’s the last known location before being turned off. It could also mean cellular service is turned off or the location has weak cellular service. In theory it could mean you’re not connected to the internet or Apple’s FindMy servers or network are having issues.
