Complaint Regarding Battery and Power Issue – iPhone 17 Pro Max

I purchased my iPhone 17 Pro Max approximately one week ago. Today morning, my phone battery suddenly dropped from 10% to 0%. When I connected it to the charger, it did not turn on even after 20 minutes of charging. However, when I used a 40W charger, the phone finally turned on.
I am concerned that such an issue has occurred with a brand-new device. This may indicate a possible battery or power management defect.
I request you to kindly check the device and provide the necessary support or replacement as per the warranty terms.
