iPhone 17 keyboard sensitivity issues

This happens on IPhone 17 pro max with 4 different phones in my family typing is so frustrating with a screen protector on laggy and no hits and miss hits .

I have an issue with the keyboard and how some apps display. The keyboard doesn't display in full. If you start typing a letter on the far left enough times, the keyboard shifts to display the rest of the letters. Another example is in Mail. The full Mail screen isn't viewable. The very bottom is inaccessible.

I was wondering if there's a display or accessibility option that can adjust it.

A screen protector and case is a must-have for my phone.
