I have 4 contacts in my Contacts app that I cannot see thru that app.
They only show up in my Cash App IF I sync all contacts to that app.
I do not know these people and did not add them to my Contacts app.
How can I get rid of those Contacts if I don't normally see them?

If you can't see them, then you can't delete them. You have to be able to find them to actually delete them.
I'm not familiar with how Cash App pulls contacts, but maybe it's getting contacts from a secondary group or email account in the Contacts app.
You could try tapping on the (<) icon at the top left corner and see if there's another group or account there that may have the unknown contacts.
Otherwise, you would need figure out where the Cash App is pulling these contacts from. Since they don't appear in the Apple Contacts app, they be pulled from somewhere else.
