Restore Random Hide My Email info

I made an online purchase using Apple Pay, but when the confirmation email came in It had an old mailing address. I attempted to sign in but somehow made a new account with no record of the purchase I just made. I have the old random email and tried to login using the “forgot my password” link but no email arrived to reset the password. I guessing that iCloud no longer knows where to forward that email.

How can I restore the previous random email so I can get into the account at the website to update the address?
