Bugs in iPhone 17 Pro

Hi Everyone, I found some bugs on the iPhone 17 Pro.

1) Open Settings and type "Eq" in the search bar and click enter, now click on "EQ" Apps -> Music, the settings application will crash, and tried on iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro.

2) Most irritating one! Overall system sound is very, very less compared to other iPhones, like I compared with iPhone 16 Pro, even keyboard touch sound is very less. Sometimes it comes, sometimes it doesn't, so annoyed with this.

3) Just saying "Siri" is not working at all. "Hey, Siri" is working fine. I tried every step, but it didn't work.

If anyone knows how to fix these or is facing the same issues, please do let me know. I will go to the Service Center.

My iPhone 17 Pro is using iOS 26.0.1.

  1. This works just fine for me.
  2. Your iPhone has stereo speakers as shown in the diagram below. I find that some apps are biased toward one or the other speaker with their sound output, affecting the volume.
  3. This works just fine for me. Check Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Talk & Type to Siri. (I don’t know if it’s relevant, but I do have Apple Intelligence “on”.)

Thanks @sberman, for your reply!

For point 1, I think it is a software glitch only, because I went to the Apple store as well and reproduced the same; some iPhones are crashing, and some don't.

For point 2, agree with you, but for sounds specific to the system, like keyboard clicks sound is much less as compared to other iPhones.

For point 3, I tried your solution still just saying "Siri" is not working at all.

I strongly believe these are all iOS-related bugs that will be solved by iOS 26.3, mostly.
