Why does my Iphone 17 Pro get so hot
I haven’t a case yet for my new IPhone 17 Pro. I find it gets very hot especially when charging as well as using it while charging.

Define very hot, please. Exactly how hot is your new iPhone? I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max and it does feel slightly warmer than my last iPhone, a 16 PM. This is because the aluminum house and vapor chamber are designed to conduct heat away from critical internal components and let the heat dissipate into the ambient air and our hands and surfaces we set them on. Without actual numbers, it’s just speculation.
