iPhone 16 Pros with myriad problems
We each got new 16 Pros (1 Pro, 1 Pro Max) in May. They have been problematic since day 1 with the phones freezing, cameras freezing, music library not syncing, satellite texting not working, images being very soft to maybe out of focus and more. Apple (and Verizon) gave me the runaround for months before finally agreeing to replace the phones. My wife's iPhone 16 Pro showed up, but now the 16 Pro Max is on backorder. Dealing with Apple on this has been a full time job over the last couple of weeks without much resolution. Any thoughts on how we can get our money back and just go back to our 13 Pros?
