Unauthorized Apple.com Charges on My Bank Account

Dear Apple Support Team,

I noticed several unauthorized charges from “apple.com” appearing on my bank account. I have never linked my bank card to any Apple ID or made any purchases using this card.

Here are the details:

  • Transaction amounts: $6.99, $0.99, $6.99, $0.49, $11.99, $9.99, $11.99, $9.99 (in USD)
  • Transaction source:  APPLE.COM/BILL
  • Bank name: [Trade and Development card”]
  • Card: last 4 digits XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-3932
  • Transaction dates: [“October 21, 2025”]

Please investigate whether these charges are associated with any Apple ID. If they are not legitimate, kindly mark them as fraudulent charges and advise me on how to get a refund.

I have also contacted my bank and filed a dispute. I can provide redacted bank statements (with full card number and CVV removed) upon request.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Nomin

If this is card fraud then Apple has nothing to do with it. Your card issuer will follow their policies regarding any charges to your account. It appears you are already working with them about this.

Make sure this truly is fraud. One person made a similar post here and it turned out he and his wife shared a card and she had made the purchases unbeknownst to him.
