Camera being used without me using it

My green camera light is continuously coming on at random. I do not have any apps that camera permissions, I have turned off all Face ID and face unlock features, I set a screen time of 0 on my camera so even I cannot use it. The green light just popped on when the phone wasn’t even in my hands and was down on a table. I saw it and swiped down to see the Same indicator, the camera app was using my camera. I have spoke to Apple support for over two weeks, when they go to retrieve the diagnostic logs, the phone will load them to a certain point like 50% then get stuck, tell me the logs could not be sent there was an error, but apple will then say they received them. I have received no useful answers from Apple as of yet. When viewing my data and app sensor logs my camera is being accessed at random or sharing data with itself, to see the green camera light popping on at random is unsettling. The other day it popped on, went off and as I opened my messages popped on again quickly and went away. Some strange behavior and Apple does not seem to care. Anyone have any help on this?
