Dear members, I have a problem.

I ride a motorcycle and use helmet communication.

I use WASE on my Apple phone, and despite setting the volume all the way up, the sound suddenly drops back to half of my set volume within 5 minutes, so I can no longer hear it in my helmet.

I've been trying to get this set up properly for months. Apple Helpdesk has never heard of this, and Apple headquarters isn't responding.

So, members, I'd appreciate your help.

You are hitting headphone safety.

When you look at the BT connection fir your helmet phones, hit the (i) and choose speaker, not headphones.

And settings, Sounds and haptics, headphone safety, whack it right up.

Just bear in mind you are possibly damaging your hearing.
