My phone is not taking phone calls

People call me and it never rings and goes straight to voicemail. It's so frustrating because I've been missing on medical appointments due to this thing. My relatives have to call me on WhatsApp in order to get a hold of me. Anyone else knows how to fix this?

Why is my iPhone 16 Pro Plus not receiving calls or messages? My Iphone16 pro plus (bout in early March ~ proble started in late April) isn't always receiving phone calls or allowing messages! I only know I’m not receiving calls because friends a family text me to let me know. I’ve been to my Verizon dealer 3 times and they have not been able to correct. My current update is 18.5 and issue is still happening. In the meantime, I’ve missed several important calls from my Father’s Dr’s as he is being treated in a rehab right now. Talk about bad timing for something like this to be happening😡 Is this being corrected soon I hope? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iPhone 14 dropped calls and Voicemail issues on iOS 18 My iPhone 14 keeps dropping calls and even won’t let me make phone calls. Everything is up-to-date think on iOS 18 something. When people do call me half the time it goes straight to voicemail because I don’t even hear it ring. Yes, my volume is up and it is not on vibrate. I know some companies can direct it straight to voicemail but when your kid calls and wants to talk to you, it’ll go straight to voicemail. If I have an emergency or if somebody else has an emergency and can’t get a hold of me, I’m gonna be one.P*^^ed person. Anyone know why this keeps happening? In Europe and some other countries outside the USA you can dial the following in Phone app

**61*nnn*11*XX#

where nnn is your voicemail number and XX is the time in seconds before going to voicemail, maximum 30 seconds
