phone ringer silenced when watching youtube video

I’ve noticed with new iPhone update that if anyone calls me there is no ring tone. I’ve found this happens when watching facebook or YouTube.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, it was a known issue with the Facebook app. Go to the App Store and install the latest version of Facebook and it should fix the problem.

I have the latest version of FB. Friend told me it happens on Instagram as well but not had a problem with that.

I’ve missed a few calls because of this. I have to close FB completely after using it otherwise I don’t hear the phone ring.
