Pairing Apple Watch Series 11 with iPhone 13 Pro Max using forgotten email and password

I accidentally paired it with my iPhone 13 Pro Max which now has bit the dust and the email associated with the iPhone 13 Pro Max I don’t remember the password and the email address also can’t send or receive any emails so should I maybe take it in to apple it’s self and see if they can help me as I can’t get it past the pairing window
