Black screen when setting a new iphone

My dad just got a new iPhone 17 after always using Android.

After many hours using the Move to iOS app, once the transfer finished, the screen suddenly went black.

What should we do? Photos attached.

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
