How to change your Apple ID password without knowing your date of birth?

I can't change my Apple ID password (I don't remember my old password). The system asks for my date of birth. I enter the correct one, but I get a message that it's not valid. I have access to the email address I used to create my Apple ID, and I'm logged into my Samsung TV account for Apple TV, but I can't cancel my subscription because I can't log in because the system doesn't recognize my date of birth. Perhaps I entered the wrong date when creating my Apple ID, but I don't remember.
