When I text my friend they can’t see my message but when they text me I’m able to see theirs, my messages are sending as a sms and they are on a android and it’s only happening with them and we don’t know how to fix it because we both looked if we had each other blocked and we don’t.

Did they previously have an iPhone? If so, they may still need to deregister iMessage - Deregister iMessage on your iPhone or online - Apple Support.
Ah, so they do see your messages if they are sent via RCS, but when Messages changes to SMS, they don't? SMS functionality is controlled by the carrier - what carrier do you both have?
No they have always had a android, we haven’t had this problem before this is a recent thing that has occurred, it’s off and on as well, one moment it will be RCS and after a bit my messages will stop appearing to them and it will be SMS for me, and I went to my settings and everything is in order and I can easily text other people on android.
