What do I do if I accidentally threw away my trade-in box?

You can visit your nearest Apple Store and perform the Trade In there instead, where you will receive an upfront credit back to your payment method. Or if you'd like you could contact Apple Support again to send another one, but that could be risky considering you have only 14 days to Trade In.
