Itunes music no longer in library but showing purchased in Itunes.

I do not have the option to download or even see music I purchased in my Music Library but when I go to ITunes it shows purchased. So I don’t even have the option to re-purchase the albums. I have logged in several times but nothing. I can see movies I bought in Apple TV on my Apple account but no music.
