Apple taking money of my paypal balance since the card is locked.

Now, i already requested for a refund so i don’t need help or support, but this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to remember to cancel every subscription even after a trial. There should be a setting in general to just stop auto- charging. My card was locked so it just took money out of my balance which is crazy to me. Apple needs to get this together. The amount of money that’s been taken out of my account and the amount of refunds i’ve had to do in the past is head aching. Stop being money hungry and let people enjoy their money without you guys charging us every single day. I can’t even use apple pay because you guys charge the account every day and idek what for at this point. 31 dollars was taken out of my account when im saving for something and now im forced to wait for my refund.

It should not be a surprise, when your authorize the free trial by double clicking the side button, there is a message on the screen that says to avoid the subscription charge you should cancel the trial a day before it ends.

If you have trouble remembering to cancel a free trial and not interested in the subscription, then I recommend setting a reminder to cancel. It is as easy as saying: " Hey Siri, remind me at xxxxxx to review my free trial". Problem solved!

That way you are responsible for your own actions. It works for other companies too, as that is standard practice for any free trial.
