Apple ID Balance Account

I been having lots of health issues so i not to long had 4 brain surgeries that have me lost and very forgetful and my Memory be fading away when i be having to do things like this regarding making the wrong decisions so i was just reaching out to see if i can get some kind of help so my money won’t be a loss so i wanted to see if there was a possible way to refund my money back to my account,Debit Card, or my Apple Pay? Please I pray for a better outcome than what I been getting.

Normally once funds are in Apple Account balance the only way to get them out again is to spend them.

The above excerpt only mentions balances from gift cards as being eligible for refunding, and only in limited places where laws may require that. Read the support article for more details.
