How Genuine is this Product

I visited a local Apple Store in Chennai to purchase a new iPhone 15 Pro. The shopkeeper showed me a unit and mentioned that the packaging now comes in a box of a different design, claiming it is from a genuine Apple distributor.

I would like to confirm if the packaging shown is indeed genuine and consistent with Apple’s official packaging for the iPhone 15 Pro.

forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going to a

physical apple store and asking other customers their advice

we can't check anything for you

but you can try to check the serial nr

checkcoverage.apple.com

of cause scammers can find a real serial number even more so if people post them in public forums ;)

The packaging looks like it is from a refurbished phone. Apple does sell refurbished phones at a discount. Whether the phone inside is actually genuine from Apple, we have no way of knowing.

Refurbished phones from Apple are only sold online , as far as I know.
